Very good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (supermarkets, beverage market etc.). The S-Bahn station is 15 minutes away on foot.
Vaterstetten is an ideal starting point for various excursions into the surrounding nature with beautiful bicycle and hiking trails, bathing lake, climbing park etc.

1. Rental with 1 person: No other persons are allowed to stay overnight or take a shower.
2. The room and inventory must be handled with care. The tenant is liable for any damage.
3. The room has to be kept clean - in case of violation or damage the tenant has to cancel the contract without notice. In case of gross soiling, a basic cleaning will be arranged in the amount of 150 Euro, which the tenant has to pay. If garbage is left behind when moving out, 150 Euro must also be paid for the eviction.
4. The room is always rented for 1 month. In case of extension for another month, the room will be inspected before.
5. Tenants who have registered at the Residents' Registration Office must pay the radio licence fees themselves from the date of registration.

In case of cancellation of a booked long-term stay (1 month or more), the full amount of the first monthly instalment is due; further claims for the remaining rental period do not apply.
In the case of a current rental contract, the period of notice is 14 days.
