    This bright, individually designed apartment is located in a beautiful, well-kept house with a total of 11 parties (apartments) in Munich's Pasing district in close proximity to the city park. The living space of 74 m² offers two bedrooms, living room with open access to the dining room / winter garden, fully equipped kitchen and a hallway. From the dining room there is also direct access to the garden with garden furniture provided exclusively for guests of this apartment.

    A lot of importance was attached to a high-quality, modern and loving furnishing. The light-flooded living room offers a modern sofa, which can also be used as a further sleep possibility. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or with 2 single beds. The modern bathroom offers a shower, WC and washbasin.

    Very good location in well maintained residential area with best traffic connections. High leisure value by adjoining city park. A bakery and a delicatessen shop are only a few minutes' walk away; a large shopping centre with shops of all kinds is 3 minutes' drive away. A Greek and an Italian restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.

    Current message from host: We wish you a wonderful stay in our holiday apartment! The house is built in 1937 and we have renovated it in 2012 very elaborately and according to the old model. The apartment is individually furnished, with love for detail - you will feel comfortable!
