Room Prices

Our prices for rooms, apartments or flats range between €30 (basic simple single room, with shared bathroom) and €65 (comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom) to €140 (luxury room), each dependent upon the number of persons and the accommodation itself. For construction firms we can offer reasonably priced accommodation (that can be shared) with cooking facilities.

Reductions to these daily rates are dependent upon the length of stay (weekly or monthly) and can also vary depending on supply and demand at particular times. (Major Shows, Exhibitions or Events will often command higher prices, as for example during the Oktoberfest).

The published prices in the Online Database are final prices and include commissions as well as any government taxes incl. VAT. Other charges incurred for cleaning or other expenses are set out in the room descriptions – where nothing is stated there are no other charges.

Breakfast service can – as with all other extras such as drinks, evening meals etc - be provided by the host by agreement and paid for directly to him/her. (Breakfast is usually € 5 per person/per day)

Towels and bed linen are always included and provided.
