This is how it works!
Under
Room Enquiry you can either search and enquire of our
Online-Database for available accommodation that meets your needs, or alternatively book direct online, or fill out the
online questionnaire setting out your requirements. You can also send your request to us by Fax or Post - or you can simply telephone and speak to us directly.
When giving booking instructions (over the phone or online) you are deemed to have accepted our
Terms and Conditions which it is presumed you have read and understood. You can read them again
here.
As quickly as possible, but usually within 24 hours after your initial enquiry or booking request, you will receive from us a response or - as the case may be - a
Booking Confirmation with details of your host/landlord and an invoice for your accommodation costs (usually the invoice will detail payment terms including any deposit that must be paid to us promptly by bank transfer). This Booking Confirmation is a binding commitment. Upon receipt of the booking papers
you should make early contact with your host/landlord giving details of your arrival time, any breakfast wishes, and raising any other questions or points of information you may have.
