Description:
Modern, bright, newly renovated apartment with balcony above the rooftops of Munich! Very central but also very quiet location facing the courtyard of the nearby houses. Only few walking minutes to the Theresienwiese/Oktoberfest.

The very tastefully furnished apartment is on the 4th (top) floor of a town house (with lift) and offers on 32 m² a small hallway with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC (a professional hair dryer is available), a kitchen and a combined living-/bedroom.

The cosy living-/bedroom is equipped with great attention to detail: Double bed (180x200 cm), TV (LCD), DVD, CD, HiFi, big table with 4 chairs and access to the nice balcony. The small kitchen offers all necessary kitchen items, 2-plates-cooker, fridge, coffee machine, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster.

There are a various number of shops, restaurants, cafés, cinemas within immediate vicinity; the recreation area "Isarauen" with its routes for walking and cycling can be reached within few walking minutes.

This is a non-smoking object only.


Breakfast:
Breakfast can only be offered in form of a "stucked fridge" upon previous arrangement between host and guest.
There is a very nice café within the immediate vicinity (Monday-Sunday from 8.00 a.m.)!
The landlord offers a welcome gift which includes coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and a small snack!

Internet:
Internet access can be made available for an extra charge of 2 Euro/day (High Speed access through LAN or W-LAN).

Parking:
If required, the guest may get a special parking allowance from the host (charge: 3 Euro/day) which allows parking next to the house without restriction. Otherwise, parking is only possible with parking tickets.

Children:
Children are welcome (0-6 years without charge if the children sleeps with the parents in their double bed; 6-12 years with separate fold-up bed: 10 Euro/Night).
A baby cot (incl. bed sheets and hot-water bottle) can be made available for an extra charge of 10 Euro/Night.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Miscellaneous:
The host offers an additional fold-up bed if this should be required for a third person.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
2 bicycles can be rented without charge as well as a sled.
The washing machine with dryer in the basement of the house can be used for an extra charge of 3 Euro/washing unit.
The landlord offers a D1 Prepaid-Card for 10 Euro.
