Cosy city apartment in quiet but also very central city location

Bright, 2-room-apartment in the middle of the famous and charming city center district "Gärtnerplatzviertel"! The apartment with a size of 44 m² is located on the 3rd floor of a landmarked townhouse, built 1897 (without lift) and is completely restored and renovated. It offers 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and is furnished in a cosy-countrified style:

Living room with a settee (couch can be converted into a double bed with a size of 140x200 cm), TV, Hi-Fi, open-plan kitchen with eating corner (visually separated from the living room) and completely equipped with electric cooker, baking oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (could be put together for a double bed 180x190 cm), table with chairs, small desk, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC.

Quiet although very central location on a little side street, only few walking minutes to the Isar meadows, Deutsches Museum (2 mins), Viktualienmarkt (5 mins), Marienplatz/city center (10 mins). The opera and a few theatres are also reachable in only a few minutes walk.

All shops for daily needs and various cafés, bars and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes.

Children are welcome (0-6 years without charge, 6-12 years: 50 % reduction).

Pets are not allowed.

An additional camp bed (size 90x180 cm) can be provided as well as a baby cot.

To the Airport approx. 35 mins by car or 45 mins by public transport.
