Description:
Bright, very nice roof top studio with impressive view over meadows, located within a 1-family-house in a quiet residential area near to the Trade Fair Center and with best transport connections.

The studio (30 m²) is equipped with 5 single beds, a kitchenette (with electric kitchen stove, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven), TV, table with chairs, wardrobe.

There is an adjacent room with further 2 single beds (see description of offer # 338) which can be booked separately. If this room is occupied during the same time as the studio, the bathroom has to be shared by the guests of these rooms, otherwise the bathroom is for sole use.

The modern and bright bathroom offers a bathtub, separate shower and WC.

Internet access (W-LAN) is available without costs.

Parking:
Free parking is available next to the house.

Children:
Children are welcome (0-6 years free, 6-12 years: + 10 Euro/night).

S-Train-Station "Feldkirchen" (S2) can be reached within 15 walking minutes; 19 mins travel time with S-Train to the city center/Marienplatz.
