Description:
Big combined bed-/living room with own balcony on the first (top) floor of a private house in the south of Munich (Oberhaching). The cosy furnishing consists of a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and a seating arrangement (table and chairs) in the corner.

A completely furnished kitchen is located just opposite the corridor, which has to be used occasionally by the landlord to go through. The light, modern bathroom has a bathtub/shower and toilet.

All shops for the daily needs are within walking distance.

This is a non-smoking object only.

Parking:
There are 2 parking lots for free available next to the house.

Children:
Children are welcome (up to 6 years free of charge).

Pets are allowed provided that they will not be left alone in the flat during the day.

There is an additional daybed for a potential third guest.

A cat and a very nice dog live in the house, too.
The washing machine in the cellar can be used upon arrangement.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

12 mins. walking distance (or 5 mins. by bus) to the S-Train-Station “Deisenhofen (S3, S20, S27) – in 22 mins. directly to the city centre. To the Trade and Conference Centre in 25 mins. by train with 1 change.
To the Airport approx. 50 mins by car.
The landlord offers a personal “shuttle-service” by request.
