Description:
This modernly furnished, about 40 sqm big apartment is on the ground floor of a house (built in turn of the century) in the centre of Munich/Isarvorstadt.

The landlord (couple) is the owner of a design company whose office is located adjacently. The apartments hallway is connected to the office with a door. The WC will be used by the landlord, too (during working hours from 10 - 18 o'clock).

The 20 sqm big living-/bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and TV. The kitchen (10 sqm) is equipped with 2 ceramic stove tops, a fridge, a microwave oven and a table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and toilet.

Best transport connections and short ways to the Oktoberfest area (12 mins on foot) and to the “Isarauen” as well as to the shops of daily requirements and to various restaurants and bars.

This is a non-smoking object only.


Breakfast:
No breakfast service (tee or coffee however without charge).


Internet:
Fast internet connection is available to guests for an extra charge of 2 Euro/day (W-Lan/speed 6000).

Parking:
Parking is possible near the house by parking meters (max. 6 Euro/day).

Children:
Children are welcome (no extra charge if there is no need for an additional bed; + 15 Euro/night would be charged for an extra bed).

Pets:
Pets are not desired.

Miscellaneous:
Ironing board and iron can be provided.

For a 3rd person the host may provide an additional guestbed (+ 15 Euro/night).

Transport Connection:
12 mins on foot to the U-Train-Station "Poccistraße" (U3, U6); in 4 mins directly to Marienplatz or with 1 change in 22 mins to the Trade and Conference Centre.

The bus stop "Zenettistrasse" (Line 152) is right in front of the apartment (10 mins ride to Viktualienmarkt or city center)
The bus stop "Kapuzinerstrasse"(Line 58) is a 3 mins walk away (10 mins ride to Haupbahnhof Munich).

It takes about 30 mins by car to the Trade and Conference Centre (ICM) and approx. 40 mins by car to the Airport.
