The furnishing consists of a single bed (95x200 cm), coat-rack, little airing cupboard, table with chair, basket-chair, TV.

Bathroom and kitchen are offered for joint use.

Very ideal, central and yet quiet location with best transport connections and short distances to the main train station (5 mins by car), Oktoberfest area (10 walking mins), Isarauen etc.

This is a non-smoking object only.

Breakfast service available.

Internet:
Internet access (W-LAN) provided without any extra charge.

Parking:
Parking is possible in front of the house (parking ticket 1 Euro/hour, max. 6 Euro/day). Free parking is possible in a distance of 5-10 mins by foot.

Children:
Children are welcome (0-6 years without charge; 6-12 years: + 10 Euro/Night).

Pets:
Pets are allowed (except loud/agressive dogs).

Transport Connection:
3 mins walking distance to the U-Train-Station “Goetheplatz” (U3, U6); in 10 mins (1 change) directly to the main train station.
Bus stop in front of the door, in 7 mins directly to the main train station.

To the Trade and Conference Centre in altogether 20 mins (1 change).

Travel time to the Airport about 45 minutes (U3/U6 until Marienplatz, then change into S8).
