The washing machine and the dryer can be used with separate charge.

Best city location – quiet, yet very central with ideal transport connections and very close to the "Englischer Garten". Big department stores, restaurants, cafés, shopping malls ("Leopoldstrasse"), several beer gardens (within the "Englischer Garten") and shops of all kinds in the immediate vicinity.

This is a non-smoking object only.

No breakfast service, but various (breakfast) cafés, a bakery and a butcher in the immediate vicinity.

Parking:
The parking garage in the neighbourhood can be used and will be charged extra with 10 Euro/day.
