Description:
Friendly, 15 m² large roof top room with a gallery on the second floor of a middle terraced house in a quiet and very well cared for residential area of München-Untermenzing.

The sleeping area is on the gallery (mattress 140 x 200cm) which is attained via a steep stairway. The room is comfortably furnished with a settee (which can also be used as a sofa bed), chair, table and chair, and a small fridge.

On the same floor is located a further guest room (No. 236). Only when this is occupied at the same time the dividing / adjacent bathroom is to be shared, otherwise it is available exclusively for the guest.

This is a non-smoking object only.


Breakfast:
Breakfast service possible upon individual request of the host (otherwise a breakfast cafe is in the vicinity ).

Internet:
Free internet access (W-LAN) available.

Parking:
Free parking is available in front of the house.

Children:
Children are welcome (without price reduction).
