Bright, 30 m² completely renovated 5th floor apartment (with lift) within a period town house in a quiet area in the centre of Munich, near "Sendlinger Tor". The large window in the living/bed room offers good views over old town houses and rooftops as well as to leafy areas in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment consists of a living/bed room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a table and two chairs, armchair and TV. There is a modern bathroom and a fully equipped and fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a compact 2 plate / oven.

This is a non-smoking object only.


Breakfast:
No breakfast service, but the host will, upon request, provide a stocked fridge.

Internet:
Internet access is not available.

Parking:
Parking is only possible with parking meters (6 Euro/day) or public garage (25 Euro/day). There is free parking during sundays.

Children:
Children are welcome (if the additional guest bed is needed there is an extra charge of 15 Euro/Night).

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Miscellaneous:
There is additionally a Euro 30 Exit CLEANING CHARGE.

A foam mattress can provide further sleeping space (+15 Euro/Night extra charge).

Coffee, tea, milk, sugar is provided by the host for free.

Telephone is available for incoming calls.
