This friendly 25 m² studio apartment is on the first floor of a detached house in a well cared for area in München-Waldperlach.

The flat consists of a small fully fitted kitchen with an eating area and a separate living/ bed room with a double bed (140 x200 cm), a pull-down cupboard bed (90 x200 cm), desk, chair, TV and radio. The small roof top south-east facing balcony is accessed directly from this room.

This is a non-smoking object only.

No internet access within the apartment, but there is an internet café within walking distance from the house.

Parking:
Free parking is available next to the house.

Children are welcome (0-3 years without charge).

Pets are allowed except big dogs.

Transport Connection:
8 minutes walk to S-Train-Station "Neubiberg" (S6), thence 19 minutes to the city centre and likewise, with one change, 20 minutes travel time to Munich's International Trade & Conference Centre. By car the International Trade & Conference Centre is approximately 15 minutes travel time away and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the Allianz Arena.
To the Airport approx. 30 mins by car or 45 mins by public transport.
