The flat consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds (1 bed can be used as a double bed: 140x200cm), a living-room with a pull-out sofa-bed (140x200 cm), TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Nice sitting place in the beautiful garden can be used by the guests.

This is a non-smoking object only.


Breakfast:
Breakfast service is not possible;
there is, however, a café with breakfast service and shopping facilities within walking distance from this apartment (3 minutes).

Internet:
Internet access is not available; there is an internet café reachable in approx. 15 mins by car.

Parking:
Free parking is available next to the house.

Children:
Children are welcome (0-6 years without charge, 6-12 years: 10 Euro/night).
A baby cot can be made available.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Miscellaneous:
For a monthly rent a deposit of 300 Euro is required.

4 mins by foot to the S-Train-Station/Bus stop "Riem" (S 6 and Bus lines 91, 38) and in 13 mins to the city centre. To the exhibition centre with bus lines 91 or 38 in 6 mins.
