Description:
A small "Suite" within a roof conversion: Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and - separated with a partition - a direct adjoining small room with an additional single bed, writing table, cupboard, friendly and tastefully furnished, within the roof of a very quiet situated middle terrace house in München-Daglfing (approx. 8 mins drive from the exhibition centre).

WC/Bidet and wash basin on the same floor (because of the sloping roof slightly narrowed). The shower with a second WC is located on the ground floor. Should other rooms in the house be lett then the above mentioned facilities will be for shared use.

Parking:
Free parking is available next to the house.

Children:
Children are welcome (0-6 years free, 6-12 Jahre: 3,50 Euro/Nacht).

Pets:
Small dogs are allowed.

A deposit of 50 Euro for the key is required by the host.
A small refrigerator, electric kettle and a coffee machine are located in the hallway and available for use.

Transport Connection:
2 minutes walk to direct bus line stop (No. 189) and thence with 11 minutes travel time direct to Munich's International Trade & Conference Centre.
The same bus serves the S-Train-Station "Daglfing" (S8) (journey time 3 minutes) and from thence 12 minutes to city centre or 25 minutes travel time to Munich Airport (or 30 mins by car).
